My friends Susanne and Rob are opening their new shop, "Honestly Tea and Gifts" this weekend. They are wonderful people, who dreamed of having a Dutch/European style store in downtown Victoria where they could promote incredible projects world wide. Everything in their store is Fair Trade and Organic. The first project they are supporting is called the Weave Project in Ghana. The grand opening is Friday and Saturday from 11am onward. Their store is in the Paper Box Arcade on lower Johnson Street, across from market square. If you are downtown this weekend, stop by for a cup of tea with Susanne, and meet these amazing people who are trying to change the world, one little piece at a time. They are imigrants and recently came to Victoria, so they don't know a whole lot of people here yet but I know when you meet them you will love them as much as I do.
